The City of Phoenix Arts and Culture Department, in collaboration with Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, seeks to commission signature works of art as part of the construction of a new Terminal 3 North Concourse that acts as a front door for travelers to the city and state. The project offers several opportunities to integrate major artworks into the building architecture and create stand-alone landmarks that can be experienced from multiple perspectives inside the terminal.
