Overview

The insurance industry executive worked with an art consultant to commission a painting for his CEO office.

Goals

The client needed a large painting appropriate for the size of the wall situated opposite the CEO's desk. Something calming and inspirational was required.

Process

Photographs of the space and wall were provided by the art consultant along with measurements of the ceiling height, some furniture and other details. The artist created small watercolor ideas, digitally enhanced for color and composition. These ideas were digitally inserted into the interior photographs with two painting size options based on the measurements provided. The art consultant and client then established the size of the painting based on the aesthetic of the visuals and the budget for the project. The larger size was selected.

Additional Information

Due to privacy concerns, the client and art consultant have to remain anonymous for this project profile. Permission is not granted for images of the corporate space to be used.
