Memorial to saw milling industry that was historically active on the site where the sculpture now sits.
Process
Artist Gareth designed the piece. Fabricated by Byron Kesanen, artist and welder, and Gareth Andrews. Transported to site by Kirscher Transport.
Additional Information
The materials were donated by U.S. Steel and others. Praxair and Airgas donated welding supplies. Materials not included in the cost.
