Overview

Once the pencil sketches received the client’s approval, we transitioned to the digital realm. Our design team utilized advanced 3D rendering software to create a detailed model of the sculpture. This phase was crucial, as it allowed us to explore the dynamics of the aluminum flow and ensure that the sculpture would achieve the desired visual impact from all angles.

The 3D renderings were shared with the client, who provided valuable feedback. With the final 3D rendering approved, our engineering team took over to transform the digital model into reality. The aluminum components were carefully forged to flow seamlessly around the tooth, achieving the liquid metal effect envisioned in the sketches and renderings. The assembly phase brought all the elements together. The tooth and aluminum components were meticulously assembled, with artisans paying close attention to alignment, stability, and the overall aesthetic. This stage involved numerous quality checks and adjustments to ensure the sculpture not only looked stunning but also met the highest standards of craftsmanship.

The final touches included powder coating to enhance the contours of the aluminum “ribbons” and to protect the sculpture from environmental elements, ensuring longevity and durability.

Goals

Our biggest goal for every project is to ensure that the client and the designers have clear communication, the craftsmanship is top quality ensuring the sculpture is structurally sound, and the material is protected with a durable finish.
