Overview

This client approached us with a sculpture idea that integrated doves ascending to the sky. They chose doves because it’s a universal symbol for love, prosperity, peace, and love.

CMD took the concept to the next level and suggested the doves to be fabricated out of different metals. Combining different metals for a sculpture is a complex and intricate process that requires a high level of skill and expertise. The fusion of various metals, including stainless, copper, steel, and corten, along with a variety of patina applications, resulted in a unique and visually captivating piece of art.
We even took it to the next level and added some peace signs at the base!

Goals

Our biggest goal for every project is to ensure that the client and the designers have clear communication, the craftsmanship is top quality ensuring the sculpture is structurally sound, and the material is protected with a durable finish.
